I have been teaching for DMPS since 1999. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education from Iowa State University and my Master’s from Viterbo. I have 3 children, Olivia, Devan, and Damon. My husband, Cory, is a fitness trainer. When I am not at school, I like to spend time with family, golf, and go to ISU and Iowa games.
I graduated with my degree in Elementary Education from UNI where I played football. My wife is an interior designer and we have a dog, Koda, and a cat, Tito. I am a volunteer football coach at Valley High School. In my free time I like to golf, go bowling, and go to events downtown.
